Building Skills with the Pilates Barrels with Simona Cipriani Part II - in this live workshop presented by Simona Cipriani, we'll explore how these great auxiliary apparatuses help build, challenge and/or replace an exercise from the Mat or Reformer so that the student can better achieve the benefits of that exercise. Have a student who cannot fully open their hips in Front Splits on the Reformer? Having a hard time with spinal mobilization or extension? Learn how you can optimally execute the same exercise on another piece of apparatus better suited for their bodies.

Become more confident as a teacher as your students thrive and succeed in their practice!

If you have missed Part I you still can join us for Part II as we’ll be going over more advanced exercises.

시모나 선생님의 줌(Zoom) 라이브 워크샵은 필라테스의 기구 중 하나인 BARREL 입니다. 강사들에게 있어서 배럴은 매트나 리포머 운동의 이점을 달성할 수 있도록 도와주는 기구입니다. 배럴를 통해 어떠한 움직임의 연습이 필요하고 도전할 수 있는지 등 알아 볼 것입니다.

-리포머에서 Front Splits을 할 때 힙이나 장요근이 열리지 않는 분
-척추의 신전 및 가동성이 어려움이 있는 분

어떻게 하면 그들의 몸에 더 잘 맞게 가르치고, 같은 운동법이지만 다른 기구에서 최적의 운동 수행을 할 수 있는지 알아보세요.

클라이언트의 올바른 연습에 성공함에 따라 강사로서 자신감을 더 가지게 될 것입니다.

워크샵은 총 2회, 각 90분씩 나눠서 진행됩니다.
