The Art of Control at Stamford Town Center (AOC-STC) is a traditional Pilates studio owned and directed by Simona Cipriani. Simona is a Second-Generation Master Teacher of Teachers who studied extensively with Romana Kryzanowska, Joe Pilates’ protégé, and the person who took over Joe Pilates’ studio after he passed. AoC is a traditional Pilates studio that provides group, private, and semi-private lessons for Mat and Apparatus workouts.
