The Art of Control at Stamford Town Center (AOC-STC) is a traditional Pilates studio owned and directed by Simona Cipriani. Simona is a Second-Generation Master Teacher of Teachers who studied extensively with Romana Kryzanowska, Joe Pilates’ protégé, and the person who took over Joe Pilates’ studio after he passed. AOC-STC is a member-oriented Pilates studio that specializes in group lessons for Mat and Apparatus workouts. Yearly members are entitled to a discount on all classes and are eligible to purchase lesson packages that offer further discounts.
