Is the Summer Intensive Right for You?
The intensive is designed for Pilates apprentices who want to complete the educational modules of the Art & Science of Contrology Pilates Instructor Training program in a focused summer format.
You may begin Module I after completing at least 25 prerequisite hours. Additional prerequisite and apprenticeship requirements may be completed after enrollment.

- You want to study the beginner, intermediate, and advanced systems
How the Intensive Fits Into Your Apprenticeship
The Summer Intensive covers the three educational modules of the ASCPIT program. Intensive hours do not count toward the required apprenticeship hours.
After the intensive, you will continue to complete:
- Observation hours
- Practice and self-practice hours
- Teaching hours
- Anatomy coursework
- Mentoring and written assignments
