Mat with Small Props - Semi-Private Sessions
Join us for a series of Mat with Small Props Semi-Private sessions. Every Thursday at 10 am! In these sessions we'll focus on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. The exercises will be presented at multiple levels, which allows students to choose to work at a beginning, intermediate or advanced pace. We'll also be focusing on our feet by incorporating the Rescue Loop and FEET-NESS movements into the sessions, in addition to other props (Thera-bands, foam rollers, the Magic Circle, light weights, balls, and weighted bars).
