Backbends help bring your body back into balance. Backbends strengthen your back, shoulders, chest, and hips. They lengthen your spine, increase flexibility, and improve mobility, which helps promote good posture. Plus, they help relieve tension, tightness, and pain.

I want to express my immense adoration for Moms. I do not think they receive the credit they deserve. There is no job that can remotely compare to the one of being a Mom! I mean not just the amazing miracle of creating a healthy human being, but the lifetime commitment, unconditional love, compassion, and constant presence it is required to be a good parent. I have no words to express my gratitude, my respect, and my solidarity with the women—like my Mom—who have taken this role extremely seriously!
